Let me start off by saying that I highly recommend Jessica Hoover! When she first got involved with my case, it didn't take her long to realize just how inconsistent the court had been with my case in Indiana. It was extremely convoluted, and they acknowledged we had an existing case pending in our original state from which my ex had fled. Despite all of that, she jumped in with both feet and proceeded to start working on the case to the best of her ability! In our very first court hearing, she was able to get my visitation reinstated, after it had been limited based on false accusations. There was almost zero resistance due to how thorough she was in her preparation for the hearing! Upon finding out further information through DCS as well as my son, she was able to successfully fight for me to get primary custody and get him out of a dangerous situation. Despite a court system that quite obviously prefers to leave children in the hands of women, as well as a long history of false accusations that had been made against me, she was able to prove to the courts how uncredible my ex was. The bottom line if you choose to contact Jessica for your legal needs, is tell her the absolute truth! She is extremely thorough, and refuses to allow herself to be made a fool of, which serves her extremely well in court! Aside from being an amazing lawyer, she's also a mother with strong moral values, which she obviously allows to guide her in the way she conducts herself! In my experience, if you're honest and do everything you can to make her job as easy as possible, she will fight like hell for you!
